When the olive tree has stopped bearing fruit, the tree is harvested to then become beautiful, durable kitchen utensils and tableware. This citrus press is perfect to use when you want to squeeze the juice from the citrus fruit directly into the salad, glass or jug. All olive wood equipment should be oiled with olive oil at least once a month to maintain its luster.
