Terms of purchase


1.1 When you as a consumer (“You, you”) place an order via (“Site”), these general terms and conditions apply. An agreement for purchase is only concluded when we have confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. We encourage you to read our terms and conditions of purchase to avoid any inaccuracies regarding your order. Our terms and conditions may be updated, so we ask you to check them each time before placing an order on the site.

These purchase conditions apply to the products offered on the Site. By using the Site, you accept the terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept the terms of purchase, you cannot shop from the site.

As a consumer, you are always protected by the rules that follow from applied legislation. Please read more about your rights on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.

1.2 We reserve the right for possible final sales, printing errors and errors in image material published on the Site.

In the event of any inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. We also reserve the right to change, remove and update information on the Site at any time.

If, due to technical problems, you still manage to place an order for a product/products where the stock balance is 0, you will receive an e-mail about this and we will try to find a solution.

Almost all images on the site are retouched and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of the product.

1.3. You need to be 18 years of age and not under guardianship in order to place an order on the Site. According to Swedish law, companies may not accept credit purchases for people under the age of 18. It is up to you as a consumer to be responsible for this. You also need to have a valid address in Sweden that we can deliver to. If we see that something is not right with your order, we reserve the right to cancel or change your order.

When you have completed your order, you have thereby also accepted our terms of purchase. This means, among other things, that you have consented to the use of your personal data and cookies.


3.1 When you place your order, you agree that we store and use your data in order to complete the purchase. We work in accordance with the EU law General Data Protection Regulation (GDRP). Please read more about GDPR in our Privacy Policy.


4.1 The prices stated on the Site are the current prices. The prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include value added tax, VAT. The prices for shipping charges are listed separately and vary depending on the shipping option you choose.

The payment methods that are valid on the Site are: Credit and debit cards, Klarna, Shopify Pay. All credit and card purchases are made via Shopify Payments. When you leave your personal data at checkout, you agree to the terms of the payment option you have chosen for your order. When you complete your order, you agree to the Site's general terms and conditions.


5.1 We always try to offer the best possible shipping options. When you have arrived at the checkout, you have the opportunity to choose different shipping options that Postnord offers. When your order is fully packed and has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail and in this confirmation you will find your tracking ID for your package. You use your tracking ID from Postnord to track your package. We always try to send orders within 1-2 working days but sometimes it can take longer and you will then be informed of this via email.

5.2 When an order has left our warehouse, we also hand over responsibility for the package to the shipping company and we expect your order to be delivered within the specified time for the shipping method you have chosen when you placed your order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any guarantees as the responsibility does not lie with us, which means that the total delivery time may be slightly longer than promised.

5.3 If the accident happens and the contents of your order are damaged or lost during transport, we are responsible for this. In order for us to be able to process your complaint, it should be made within a reasonable time. When you receive your package from your delivery agent, it is important to check that your package or its contents are not damaged. If you see damage, this must be reported to the delivery agent and then you contact us via and we will help you with a complaint. To speed up the claim, take a picture of the damaged package/contents and keep all packaging.

5.4 In many cases, your package can be delivered to your home, but in cases where your package is to be redeemed, you should do so within the time specified in the notification. The notification normally takes place via e-mail or SMS. If for some reason you do not pick up your package, we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 250 for administrative costs and return shipping. If you do not pick up your package, you are not covered by the right of cancellation.


6.1 We apply consumer protection legislation that applies to the right of withdrawal and exchange as well as returns. You always have a 100-day right of withdrawal and open purchase when shopping from the Site. You therefore need to notify us within 100 days from when you or your agent has received the ordered item.

For the right of exchange, 100 days also apply, which means that you have the right to exchange your goods on the site for the corresponding order value. Notify us of the right of exchange within 100 days of receiving your package/product. Send an email to and we will help you.

6.2 Right of withdrawal and exchange does not apply to:
for products that have been manufactured according to your instructions;
for products with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons;
used goods;
damaged goods.

When you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, before the deadline has expired, notify us via hello@ and we will help you.

When you want to exercise the exchange right, you must, before the deadline has expired, notify us via hello@ and we will help you.

When you regret your purchase and want to return your package, you pay the return shipping. When you make an exchange, we cover the shipping.

For packages up to 2 kg, we charge you SEK 59 for return shipping.
For packages between 2-4 kg, we charge you SEK 99 for return shipping.
For packages from 4 kg and above, we charge you SEK 198 for return shipping.

6.3 You as a customer are responsible for the condition of the package and its contents when you have received it. You are also responsible for the return shipping. In order for us to issue a refund or alternatively approve an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and returned in unused, unopened condition.

6.4 When a customer regrets their purchase, we will refund the amount the customer has paid for the item(s). We will also refund the shipping, however excluding the return shipping, and any other costs connected to the purchase. The process for the right of withdrawal takes approximately 15 working days and the refund is made in the same way as the payment to the site through the payment option the customer chose at the time of purchase. If you have chosen Klarna Invoice, it is important that you as a customer move forward to the due date.


In some cases we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, these circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption, which means that we will not be liable for damages and/or other penalties.


We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time. When changes have been made to the terms, the date of the changes is updated.


When you share your opinions about our offerings, you give us the right to publish them in your name on www.j as well as on our social channels.


13.1 We always try to resolve disputes so that you as a customer will be satisfied.
If, against the odds, a dispute cannot be resolved between us, you as a customer can turn to ARN for guidance and information.
