An ice roller is a facial roller that you store in the refrigerator or freezer and use to cool down your skin. It can reduce swelling, increase blood circulation, and provide a refreshing feeling. Here's how to use it:

Here's how you do it step by step:

1. Keep it cold.
   Place your ice roller in the freezer (or refrigerator if you want it less cold) at least a couple of hours before use.
   
2. Clean your face
   Always use on clean skin – preferably after cleansing and before skincare products, or on top of serum/face mask to help them absorb better.
   
3. Roll carefully

• Start from the center of the face and roll outwards towards the cheekbones and temples.
• Roll from the chin upwards towards the jawline.
• Roll under the eyes (from the inside out) to reduce puffiness.
• Finish at the forehead – roll upwards from the eyebrows towards the hairline.

1. Use short sessions
   5–10 minutes is enough. You can do it in the morning to invigorate or in the evening to soothe the skin.
   
2. Clean up afterwards
   
   Wash the roller with mild soap and water, dry and place back in the freezer.
