Shipping policy

For shipping, we use Postnord as a logistic partner. You can follow and track and your order via your account page.

Shipping cost

Shipping within Sweden is calculated based on the weight of your order to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Our rates start from 49 Sek to 129 Sek at most. For international orders, we apply weightbased shipping. The rates vary depending on the destination. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping applies for orders withing on orders over 1,500 SEK. For EU orders, the threshold for free shipping is 225 EUR. 

All orders are delivered safely and can be tracked from dispatch to delivery. Our goal is to provide reliable and reasonably priced shipping options so you can shop with confidence.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business day from when the order was placed. Please allow 1 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. All orders are processed and fulfilled in our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

Returns and Exchanges

As a Joi Living customer, you have a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at for further instructions before sending the item back.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, joiliving.com is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Customs, taxes, duties, and fees
Joiliving.com is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
