Return & Refund Policy

At Joi Living, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@joiliving.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 2–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take several days before the refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@joiliving.com.

Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same return conditions as regular-priced items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@joiliving.com before sending the product back. Once we have received and approved your return, we will assist you with the exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the return may be refunded in the form of a gift card. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
