Refund
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days for returns. If it has been 30 days since you received your order and/or collected it, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost. If you have achieved free shipping when you shopped, we will deduct the shipping cost from any refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of your purchase is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
The item is not in its original condition or is damaged.
The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
The next step is to contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items and items that are on offer, and where your order value is eligible for free shipping, are also eligible for returns and exchanges, but you pay for the shipping costs and we deduct the shipping cost when you ordered the product.
Substitutions (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at hello@joiliving.com and send your item to: Sandfjärdsgatan 105, 120 56 Stockholm.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are refundable. Please provide a receipt for your costs to hello@joiliving.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are sending an item over 1000 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your item will reach us unless you have tracking.
