Matcha is finely ground green tea made from carefully selected top leaves from the Tencha tea plant, grown in the shade to maximize nutritional content and richness of flavor.

Preparation instructions:
- Sift about 1-2 teaspoons of matcha into a bowl to avoid lumps
- Add 70-100 ml of hot water (approx. 80°C, not boiling)
- Whisk vigorously in a W-shape with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a creamy foam forms on the surface
Storage: For best shelf life, store the matcha in an airtight container in a cool and dark place.
